The Role
We are looking for a motivated Awards Services Specialist Intern to join our team. In this internship, you will support the awards and recognition programmes that drive employee engagement and customer loyalty for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the incentives and rewards industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the fulfilment and tracking of awards, merchandise, and recognition gifts
- Respond to participant inquiries about award status, redemption options, and programme details
- Support the coordination of awards catalogues, including updating product listings and descriptions
- Help manage vendor relationships and track order fulfilment
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and programme administration
- Collaborate with account managers and client services teams on programme execution
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
- Customer-service oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
