The Role
Are you an ambitious, organised Administrator/Account Executive ready to take the next step in your career? As an Operations Executive, you'll keep our rewards catalogue up to date, work closely with suppliers, and deliver best-in-class customer service.
Core Responsibilities
- Keep our rewards catalogue up to date, inspiring and relevant at all times
- Rigorously maintain data/product consistency and quality — text, images, and videos
- Work closely with suppliers, ensuring SLAs are met
- Deliver best-in-class customer service via phone, email, and live chat
- Coordinate and place reward orders with suppliers
- Create compelling product promotions
- Maintain process guides and relevant documentation
- Work with the Finance team to review costs and margins
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Goal-focused, able to work to set SLAs
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- A positive, pro-active team-player attitude
