The Role
Are you a natural communicator with a passion for connecting people and creating opportunities? You'll be the first point of contact in the sales process, identifying and qualifying prospects, sparking interest in Incentivesmart's Employee Engagement and Customer Loyalty solutions, and setting the stage for the Business Development team to shine.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential clients within target industries and qualify leads based on predefined criteria
- Implement outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and creative methods
- Communicate the value proposition effectively and build rapport through compelling conversations
- Set up qualified meetings for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff with comprehensive background information
- Accurately document all prospect interactions in HubSpot CRM
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings
What You Bring
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work proactively
- Passion for customer loyalty and employee engagement
- Familiarity with CRM software (we use HubSpot!)
- Previous SDR experience in SaaS or technology is a plus, but not required
