The Role
As a (Junior) HR Service Partner, you will support the HR team in delivering high-quality HR services across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional early in their career to gain broad experience in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HR information system
- Assist with payroll preparation and coordination
- Support HR Business Partners in delivering HR projects and change initiatives
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Help drive engagement initiatives and internal communications
What You Bring
- 0–2 years of HR experience (internship or junior role)
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
