The Role
As a Senior HR Service Partner at epay, you will provide expert HR support and advice to managers and employees across multiple business units. You will act as a trusted advisor on all HR matters while driving continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR contact for designated business units, providing expert guidance on all HR matters
- Manage complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management
- Partner with managers to drive talent acquisition, retention, and development
- Lead and execute HR projects including organisational design, compensation reviews, and culture initiatives
- Analyse HR data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership
- Ensure compliance with local employment law and company policies
- Mentor junior HR colleagues
What You Bring
- 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations issues
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- CIPD qualification or equivalent (preferred)
