The Role
Are you passionate about technology, customer service, and driving innovation? We're seeking a dynamic Tech-Savvy Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience by leveraging your tech skills and enthusiasm for innovation. No prior working experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer interaction: Engage with customers through various channels (email, chat, social media) to provide support and resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly
- Supplier collaboration: Work with suppliers to gather feedback, address concerns, and build strong relationships; act as a bridge between customers and suppliers
- Tech platform enhancement: Collaborate with the tech team to identify opportunities to improve platform functionality and customer experience
- Data analysis: Analyse customer feedback and support data to identify trends and improvement areas
- Documentation: Maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation
