The Role
Are you passionate about building and strengthening partnerships in the blockchain and web3 space? We are on the hunt for an ambitious, goals-driven Business Development Manager to take Cryptorefills partnerships and alliances to an entire new level. You will collaborate closely with the CEO to spearhead our partnerships and business development strategies, cultivating dynamic partnerships across blockchain and crypto communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan outlining potential new partnerships and strategies for deepening existing relationships
- Relationship management: Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing partners; identify partnership opportunities and maintain ongoing engagement
- Sales support & documentation: Craft tailored presales materials (presentations, business cases) that communicate the value of partnerships
- Technical coordination: Liaise with technical, commercial, contractual, and regulatory teams as needed
- Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements and define commercial structures
What You Bring
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales
- Deep understanding of the crypto industry and blockchain ecosystem
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
