The Role
This person will play a critical role in building and maintaining our user growth engine, facilitating marketing campaign execution, and database health through scalable and efficient processes. This role is critical to ensuring we continue to rapidly scale our marketing operations, beginning by leading the current team of content creators and social marketers.
What You Will Do
- Work with stakeholders to execute on campaign strategies by building roadmaps and managing delivery of marketing initiatives
- Develop and own the data and content calendar; oversee completion of deliverables, develop contingency plans and ensure deadlines are met
- Work with content, social media, and community teams to drive additional customer growth
- Develop and execute plans for paid marketing acquisition campaigns
- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in engagement and share actionable insights
Technical Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing operations experience at a consumer tech company or startup
- Proven track record executing multi-channel campaigns generating double or triple digit growth
- Strong understanding of digital/ecommerce marketing including paid search, SEO, display, affiliate, social, email, and B2C marketing
- Expert knowledge of MarTech and AdTech platforms (paid media, affiliate networks, SEO tools, ESP tools, web analytics)
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills
