The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and develop strategic relationships with epay's most important partners and clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring partner satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within your account portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of existing partnerships
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with both client goals and epay's strategic objectives
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with senior stakeholders
- Monitor account performance, identify risks, and proactively address challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to deliver exceptional partner experiences
- Represent epay at industry events and client meetings
What You Bring
- 3+ years of key account management or B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or retail
- Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience in gift cards, prepaid, or loyalty/rewards industry is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
