Your Role
As Financial Controller, you are the financial sparring partner for the board and management. You provide clear insight into figures and translate complex financial information into sharp analyses that guide important decisions.
You have complete control over our reporting cycle. Not only do you prepare periodic management reports, but you also dive deep into figures to understand differences between budget, forecast and actual results. You continuously build new insights and develop and optimise dashboards and KPI reports, enabling the organisation to become increasingly data-driven.
In addition, you play a central role in the annual cycle and compliance. You are jointly responsible for the annual accounts of both the Intersolve entities and the Foundations for Third-Party Funds and act as a professional point of contact for the auditor. You ensure that files are complete, accurate and organised on time.
You look beyond reports alone. As business partner, you proactively advise budget holders on budgets and realisation, perform return analyses and monitor the financial health of our products and services. At the same time, you keep a close eye on the administrative organisation (AO/IC), identify risks early on, and carry out crucial checks on payment transactions.
