The Role
Fluz is looking for a Copy Director to lead its brand voice and content strategy across all marketing channels. This is a senior creative leadership role in which you will define, build, and protect the Fluz voice while overseeing a team of writers and working cross-functionally with design, product, and growth.
What You Will Do
- Define and steward the Fluz brand voice and tone across all channels and touchpoints
- Lead and mentor a team of copywriters and content creators
- Oversee the creation of all marketing copy — campaigns, social, email, product, and brand
- Partner with the Creative Director and Head of Marketing on integrated campaign concepting
- Develop content frameworks, style guides, and messaging hierarchies
- Review and approve all copy output before publication
- Drive thought leadership content to establish Fluz as a voice in the payments and rewards space
What You Bring
- 8+ years of copywriting experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or director role
- Outstanding writing skills with a versatile portfolio spanning brand, digital, and product copy
- Experience building and managing high-performing creative teams
- Strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into compelling creative briefs
- Background in consumer tech, fintech, or lifestyle brands preferred
