The Role
As a (Senior) HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives. You will be a strategic advisor and change agent, driving organisational effectiveness and people initiatives across epay.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute the people strategy for your business areas
- Drive organisational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
- Lead talent management processes including succession planning and leadership development
- Coach and challenge senior leaders on people and culture topics
- Use HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions
- Lead complex HR projects with cross-functional and international scope
- Represent HR in senior leadership forums and business reviews
What You Bring
- 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/strategic HRBP role
- Proven ability to influence at C-suite level and drive strategic HR initiatives
- Deep expertise in organisational design, change management, and talent management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Experience in a multinational, fast-paced environment
