The Role
The UX Writer will own Fluz's brand voice in our core product messaging. You will play an essential role in the conception and execution of messaging across our mobile app and adjacent customer touchpoints — email, push, in-app, and beyond. You will work alongside product managers, product designers, graphic designers, and content strategists to craft the messaging for each channel.
What You Will Do
- Own product copy across the Fluz mobile app — onboarding flows, empty states, error messages, tooltips, and feature introductions
- Craft clear, concise, and engaging microcopy that guides users through complex fintech and rewards flows
- Partner with product designers to ensure copy and design work seamlessly together
- Develop consistent messaging frameworks and content guidelines for the product
- Write push notifications, in-app messages, and email copy that drives engagement and retention
- Conduct content audits and iteratively improve existing product copy
What You Bring
- 3+ years of UX writing or content design experience, preferably in a mobile-first product
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clear, user-centred product copy
- Comfort working in an agile, fast-moving environment
- Ability to distil complex concepts into simple, friendly language
- Experience in fintech, payments, or rewards apps is a strong plus
